Dr Peter Martinez is the Executive Director of the Secure World Foundation, with extensive experience in multilateral space diplomacy, space policy formulation and space regulation, as well as capacity building in space science, technology and workforce development. He has chaired the South African Council for Space Affairs and the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space Working Group on the Long-Term Sustainability of Outer Space Activities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Institute of Space Law and Honorary Professor at the University of Cape Town.

Dr Brian Weeden is the Director of Program Planning for the Secure World Foundation, with more than 20 years of professional experience in space operations and policy. He is the Executive Director of the Consortium for Execution of Rendezvous and Servicing Operations (CONFERS) and the former Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Council on the Future of Space Technologies. Prior to joining SWF, Dr. Weeden served nine years on active duty as an officer in the US Air Force working in space and intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) operations.

Dr Holger Krag is the Head of the Space Safety Programme at the European Space Operations Centre of ESA, which, addresses the areas of space weather, planetary defence and space debris, including early warning systems and mitigation measures. He has authored and contributed to about 200 publications and he has received the ESA Award for Teamwork Excellence in recognition of his valuable contributions to safety-relevant services.

Dr Moriba Jah is an Associate Professor for Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at The University of Texas at Austin, where he holds the Mrs. Pearlie Dashiell Henderson Centennial Fellowship in Engineering. He is also directs the Computational Astronautical Sciences and Technologies group within the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences and leads the Space Security and Safety Program at the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law. He has served on the US delegation to the United Nations Committee On Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and testified before the US Congress on his work related to space situational awareness and space traffic management.

Pier Luigi Righetti is a Flight Dynamics Manager at EUMETSAT, the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites, which operates a system of meteorological satellites to monitor the weather, climate and environment from space. He leads the Flight Dynamics team and the preparation efforts for the next generation of satellites, and contributes to numerous R&D programmes, including the European Space Situational Awareness project.
